Lloyds Banking Group has seen a rapid growth in BI Self-Service and data driven culture through the rollout of Tableau across it’s reporting and analytics landscape. A key factor underpinning our success has been the thriving analytics / Tableau community we have managed to build.
This community started in the Analytics Centre of Excellence and has organically grown to reach every department across the group. In this session, we will be giving you a flavour of what our BI Self-Service capability looks like now as well as sharing the life cycle of our community from the first tentative baby steps to delivering real business value.
