Antonio joined Parity to spearhead the fast growth of the consulting practice. He combines considerable data transformation experience with a highly collaborative, passionate style that delivers real change for Parity’s clients.

After an entrepreneurial start Antonio then focussed on the public sector for over 15 years, specialising in digital transformation, lean processes and driving efficiencies in complex environments.
In 2007 he delivered the Noise Mapping England project on time and under budget - the world’s largest geo-acoustic project at the time. He then ran data.gov.uk providing free, open licence access to government data - becoming a template in over 28 countries.
Simultaneously he supported assessment reviews for many large digital projects on behalf of the Cabinet Office’s Major Projects Authority. After the success of data.gov.uk Antonio became Defra’s Head of Data Management and Data Strategy, where he wrote the group’s Data Strategy and draft Data Management Framework.

For the last 20 years Antonio has also been a lecturer on ‘digital transformation for governments and the evolution of the digital state’ and ‘digital nation building’, both in universities across the UK and internationally.
