Dan Streetman is the Chief Executive Officer of TIBCO, responsible for supporting all the innovative TIBCO team members who fuel digital business by enabling better decisions and faster, smarter actions.
Dan brings extensive leadership, strategy, and technology experience, having led digital transformations and growth initiatives in several leading companies. Prior to joining TIBCO, he was the executive vice president for sales and marketing at BMC Software, repositioning the company as a global leader in multi-cloud management and driving a relentless focus on customer engagement and customer success.
Dan was also senior vice president of alliances and channels for Salesforce, and he was a key driver of the Salesforce strategy for achieving record-breaking success in the enterprise segment. He previously led the field operations, strategy, and product organizations for several leading companies, including C3.ai, Allworth Financial, Amdocs, and Siebel Systems.
Dan honed his leadership skills during his service as an Airborne Ranger qualified infantry officer. He served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and is the recipient of a Bronze Star Medal and the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award.
Dan is a fierce advocate for veterans, founding Salesforce Vetforce and serving on the boards of the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, the Wounded Warrior Project, the West Point Association of Graduates as well as several technology companies. An avid athlete, he has completed multiple Ironman triathlons including the Ironman World Championships, and he enjoys guiding visually impaired marathon runners each year in the California International Marathon and the Boston Marathon.
Dan was a distinguished graduate and regimental commander of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and he earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. Dan and his wife Terri have two children and live in Menlo Park, California.
