Darshan obtained a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at the University of Oxford before joining Concentra. Now, he is a management consultant and visual analytics specialist who works with the wider Concentra team delivering analytics projects that provide clients with a competitive edge. One of his recent projects was leading the design and delivery of a People Analytics Reporting Suite for a FTSE 10 company using a data-warehouse built with DataPlus. He is passionate about creating data-driven solutions for business challenges. When on holiday, he can be found globetrotting, snowboarding, diving or taking a nap.
