Lucy has almost 20 years of experience working in enterprise software and IT. She has a passion for ensuring that businesses make better decisions with the insights data and technology can provide. Throughout her career Lucy has successfully driven business development across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, retail, financial services, pharmaceutical and SMB.

Lucy joined Cloudera in December 2015 to lead a team of five experienced business development professionals in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. Their objective is to drive the go-to-market growth strategy within the region and ensure customer success.

Prior to Cloudera, Lucy worked for SAS and Exact, consistently meeting and exceeding challenging revenue targets.
