SPEAKER PROFILE

Mario Calero is a Colombian native working for British American Tobacco as the Group Head of People & Org Analytics where he has been actively developing the HR Analytics capability to support the transformation agenda within BAT. He began his career doing several roles within Reward. Later, he worked as the HR Director for Colombia where he was part of the acquisition and integration of the biggest Tobacco company in Colombia. He later moved to London to join the Organisation Effectiveness team. Mario is an Industrial Engineer and holds an MBA. He is married, has twins and enjoys cooking a good meal, jogging and golfing. He is happy to discuss topics related to Success Factors, Power BI and general Analytics with emphasis on Workforce Planning
