Martin Paver has led a $billion project and multi billion portfolio and has first hand experience of delivering difficult, complex projects. He was frustrated that projects keep making the same mistakes, breaching budgets and saw an opportunity to change an entire profession. In Dec 2017 he founded the London Project Data Analytics meetup with the vision to develop a community of like minded people with a passion for transforming how projects are delivered. The data trust a component of delivering this vision.
