Ross has over 25 years of Data, Insight, Analytics and Transformation expertise. He works with clients on an interim basis to help them understand their customers better and fix their data issues. His clients include: Birmingham City Council, BBC, British Gas Npower, Severn Trent Water, Ordnance Survey, Sainsbury's and currently Thames Water.
Ross has an honours degree in Geography from Edinburgh University and has been named as a “Data Titan” in The Data IQ Big Data 100.
Ross was recently voted in as Vice Chair of the Customer Data Council at the recently merged Direct Marketing association (DMA) and Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM). In that capacity, he is chairing the Creative Data Academy program for them, where he is developing for Students a series of 1 & 3 day conferences to help them understand what a career in data looks like and get them hands-on experience with data analysis. Ross is working with Eden Smith to develop the Nurture Academy, which launched at Big Data LDN in 2017.
