SPEAKER PROFILE

Stefan Poslad, has a degree in physics and a PhD in medical sensing. He is an Associate Professor at the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London where is director of the Internet of Thing (IoT) Lab ( http://iot.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/) and course director of the MSc in IoT. His research interests include ubiquitous computing, IoT, data science and distributed AI. His main application domains for these include smart: transport, cities, health and planet. He has been the principal investigator on 15 collaborative projects on these topics with industry worth £17 million.
