Tola Alade has a degree in Mathematical Sciences and a background working within the property industry. Tola is a Data Scientist at Lloyds Banking Group, working with various areas of the bank using statistical techniques to solve challenging business problems whilst keeping the customer at the centre of it all. Tola is passionate about data and unlocking its hidden value, she is working closely with her alma-matter to encourage and inspire the younger generations by showing them real life applications of some popular mathematical concepts.
